Why "Nell"?
Without the Nellie's in our lives, Nell would not exist. We're Meg and Jenna, two lifelong friends who each have a special Nell of our own.
For Meg, it started with her mom Eileen, affectionately known by her grandchildren as "Nellie," whose love of pearls inspired the first chapter of this journey with her jewelry line Dog House Pearls. For Jenna, the name Nell came full circle when she had her daughter, Nellie, in 2024. What began as a shared love of beautiful jewelry, travel, and thoughtful design has evolved into Nell - a brand we hope makes people smile a little
brighter like the Nell’s in our life do to us. As we like to say, "not Nell my mom, not Nell my daughter, but Nell the brand."
With careers that have included Amazon, entrepreneurship, and the world's leading luxury hotels, we've combined our experiences, our friendship, and a healthy dose of "why the Nell not?" to create jewelry that's effortless, elevated, and made to go wherever life takes you.
